Strategic Energy & Water Development Projects – Congo Brazzaville
Integrated projects to modernize access to energy and clean water in Congo Brazzaville.
As part of its commitment to energy transition and sustainable development, the International Organization – Diplomatic, Economic and Humanitarian (OIDEH) has initiated a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Energy and Hydraulics of the Republic of Congo to implement a series of energy and water development projects that address the growing needs of the population for electricity and clean water.
These projects aim to:
Expand and modernize electricity networks to improve access to energy in both urban and rural areas;
Promote renewable energy sources such as solar, hydropower, and biomass to ensure clean and sustainable production;
Implement hydraulic projects to provide equitable access to safe drinking water, especially in vulnerable regions;
Improve energy efficiency in public and social infrastructures (schools, health centers, government buildings);
Strengthen technical and institutional capacities through training, technology transfer, and sustainable management systems.
The goal is to enhance the country's energy autonomy while ensuring equitable and sustainable access to electricity and water, contributing to poverty reduction, public health, and local economic development.
