Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Congo Brazzaville
Upgrading the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Brazzaville to empower Congolese diplomacy and strengthen international missions.
As part of its diplomatic cooperation efforts with the Republic of Congo, the International Organization – Diplomatic, Economic and Humanitarian (OIDEH) is launching a strategic project to rehabilitate the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Francophonie, and Congolese Abroad.
This initiative aims to restore and modernize one of the country's most essential institutional infrastructures, enabling Congolese diplomatic missions to operate under optimal conditions and strengthening their international outreach.
The building, located in Brazzaville, currently faces structural and functional challenges that hinder the full efficiency of diplomatic, consular, and diaspora management services. The rehabilitation project addresses several key objectives:
Modernize diplomatic infrastructure for better international coordination;
Provide a functional and secure workspace for diplomats and ministry staff;
Strengthen the hosting capacities for foreign delegations and international partners;
Preserve institutional heritage while ensuring compliance with modern safety and accessibility standards.
This project contributes directly to one of OIDEH's strategic goals: to support international diplomatic actions for peace, cooperation, and conflict resolution. It embodies the shared commitment of Congo and OIDEH to build a modern, effective, and solution-driven diplomacy capable of responding to global challenges.
