Strategic Partnership in Congo-Brazzaville: CDI-A (OIDEH) Engages Partners for Key Entrepreneurship and Handicraft Projects
A delegation of the Club Diplomatique International Afrique (CDI-A)—an organization officially renamed International Diplomatic, Economic and Humanitarian Organization (OIDEH) in France—was received in Congo-Brazzaville to discuss the mobilization of partners for major economic development projects.
As part of its mission in economic diplomacy and sustainable development promotion, the Club Diplomatique International Afrique (CDI-A) conducted an institutional mission in the Republic of Congo (Congo-Brazzaville), focusing on strengthening the national entrepreneurial and handicraft ecosystem.
It is recalled that the organization is officially named International Organization – Diplomatic, Economic and Humanitarian (OIDEH) in France, following a duly registered statutory change, with its headquarters now based in Paris.
However, in accordance with national legal frameworks, the update of this denomination in countries of representation, including the Republic of Congo, is being carried out progressively. Consequently, the organization continues to operate locally under its historical name Club Diplomatique International Afrique (CDI-A).
In this context, a CDI-A delegation was received in official audience by Mrs. Jacqueline Lydia Mikolo, Minister of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Handicrafts.
The delegation was led by Mr. Cédric Pemba-Marine, co-founder of CAUSEMP Cabinet, a simplified joint-stock company and strategic partner of the organization, accompanied by Mr. Jean-Claude Ngoubili Ngantele, National Executive Director of CDI Afrique.
Structuring Projects at the Core of the Discussions
Discussions focused on the mobilization of technical and financial partners to support two major national development projects:
The Congo Enterprise House (Maison de l’Entreprise du Congo), intended to become a central hub for supporting, structuring, and developing entrepreneurs and SMEs;
The Brazzaville Handicraft Village, designed as a space to promote local know-how, enhance handicrafts, and support the creative economy.
These initiatives are part of a broader strategy aimed at strengthening SME competitiveness, fostering job creation, and sustainably structuring handicraft value chains.
An Approach Based on Structuring and Partnerships
Following the exchanges, the CDI-A delegation reaffirmed its commitment to supporting these initiatives through a methodical approach centered on project structuring, mobilization of international partners, and public–private cooperation.
This meeting illustrates the commitment of CDI-A / OIDEH, from its headquarters in France to its national representations, to act as a facilitator of strategic partnerships, serving economic development, entrepreneurship, and handicrafts in Africa, while fully respecting the institutional and legal frameworks of each State.
